Broadcom NetXtreme NIC Not Working with Windows 8.1

I just got a new T320 and installed Windows 8.1.  Everything seems to be working great except for the NIC, which I cannot get to working to save my life.  Tried the latest drivers from the Dell site.  Found the device ID and got the latest drivers from the Broadcom site for this card for both Windows 8 and Windows 8.1.  Still not working.  Can't get an IP address via DHCP; when I manually assign an address I can't ping the default gateway.

Suggestions?  Any reason to believe this combo won't work with Windows 8.1 (I ask because it's not listed with the OS options in the Dell drivers page)?
