Byte Coresca music pause/resume with multifunction key issue

Hello,

I have Byte Coresca Bluetooth headset. I can easily pair with laptop and cellphone. THE ONLY problem is resuming music on phone/laptop after pausing it by "multifunction" key of headset. I'd have to either resume from device (cell/laptop) manually OR sometimes I would have to REBOOT the device (cell/laptop) and re-connect the headset again.
Also, how can I reset it to factory defaults?
