Did this network card ship with your computer? Dell does not list it as one of the shipped options with this model. Was it an add-in card purchased from Dell? If you can identify the model of the card, you can download drivers from Cnet at:

We're sure it came from Dell, because I keyed-in my service tag in Premiersupport and clicked on system details, and that's what it told us.

Is there a way to manually install the drivers from our ResourceCD?
What we did was:
We installed our ResourceCD,
chose System:ALL
Operating System Windows 98
Device Type: Networking
Topic: Drivers
then on the right side there's a bunch of drivers, and one of them said "CNET Pro200WL."
So we thought that may be the driver that we need! We clicked on it, unzipped it to C:\Dell\Drivers\R12345,
followed the prompts
but said "Driver not found"
I can't go online and see CNetusa. Thanks anyway for mentioning that link.
or maybe I should upgrade to WinXP

Well obviously I am online, but what we meant was,
we checked on the website you mentioned, and we think
that the 10/100 CNet with part number 7C712 is equivalent to the CNET Pro200wl...
we also found a document that backs up this theory:
Document Number:
RG1067511
...it mentions 7C712!!!! so we clicked on it and it shows Cnet Pro200WL,
bottomline is we still can't connect to the internet through our high speed MSN
we're baffled why it says driver not found...
