1) Make sure you have 'File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks' attached to each network card.
Right click the connection, choose Properties, on the General tab, there should be a check mark by 'File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks'.
2) Insure that NetBios over TCP/IP is enabled.
Right click the connection, choose Properties, select the 'Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)' selection, click the Properties button, click the Advanced button, choose the WINS tab, Under the NetBios setting, select the Default or the 'Enable NetBios over TCP/IP' radio button.
