Can't connect to Secure websites

I am unable to connect to Secure sites (https) using either IE or Mozilla Firefox on my Dimension desktop.  I AM able to connect to https sites using my Latitude laptop.  Both use the same router, though the laptop connects wirelessly.  I've powered off the router, cleaned out my cache, deleted cookies, run Adaware, Spyware Dr, and have checked that my IE is running 128 bit encryption, SSL 2.0 and 3.0 are configured, and my system Date/Time is okay.

I'm stuck.  Can anyone help?

Did you check your settings, you should be able to choose if you want to look at secure and insecure, you may have accidentally changed that. If it is a recent problem that is probably what happened, so do a system restore.

Best Regards~Justin~

What happens when you try to connect? Do you just get a blank screen, or does it ask you to retry connecting?

Thanks Justin.  I have done a system restore.  That didn't do the trick either.  My settings are not through the roof high.

I got it fixed.  My Norton antivirus had gone bad.  I uninstalled it and then re-installed 2006 version.  It works just fine now.  Thanks for your assistance.
