Cannot Enable Wireless Adaptor -Nulware.exe-

I am running XP Pro with SP2 on Latitude PIII CPX

I Installed the Syslink WPC11-b for laptop on my pc and everything whent smoothly.

I could of enable it, getting IP address and the Syslink Boingo was showing the signal strength and quality.

I will be getting DSL this week, so the system is mainly wired between Desktop and Laptop linked by the SMC WBR14-G router.

Since my router handle both wired and wireless, Desktop will be wired and Laptop will be wireless.

Problem.
I have ADAWARE, Spybot and AVG antivirus. 2 days ago I notice the Wireless adaptor was not getting enabled, but XP reconized the Adaptor.

Then I noticed when I booted my Laptop I got got a message showing a window of NULWARE.EXE giving me a message it had errors in the file.

After inquireing, I realized this file was not detected by the above Utilities and had wiped out ADAWARE And Spybot. Check the following links especially the first one where Nulware.exe affects the LAN.

www.file.net/process/nulware.exe.html
www.remove-spyware.co.uk/process-info
www.cheap56k.com/forums/showthread.php

I removed this from from Windows system32 and also from the registry.
Removed the drivers and reinstalled the lasted from Linksys.

But when I go to enable the Wireless Adaptor does not work and shows an X on the icon.

Even Let Linksys check my system and sait it was ok.

I went into the REGISTRY and remove anything thats related to the Wpc11 Wireless-b excep 2 items were in error and the registry would not me remove them.(can these 2 items cause the problem)

I am running out of Luck, TIA

Ran Norton Utilities Win Doctor and it fixed several registry file.

Ran Adaware and it removed some unwanted intruders

Ran Reg Clean to top it.
Stoped Wireless Zero Connection and put it manual

Rebooted and VOILA! it connected.
Started Wireless Zerro and it interfered, so I Stopped it again,

Which one did the job, well you guess is as good as mine,

Adware would have cleaned the registry so I would go with it.
