I guess I either did not explain myself correctly or no one on this forum knows what to do about my problem or is not interested in helping me. I will try to explain my progress and if I don't get an answer I will have to move on and join some other forum.

I was able to connect to the network but for some reason I keep getting disconnected or loosing signal. I have to go into the properties of the wireless card open the box, say ok to the settings and I will get connected again for about 2-3 minutes and loose connection again. Happens again and again. I have sp2 installed on this laptop running windows xp home.  This does not happen when I am at home. I have a Linksys wireless router and three computers connected and I don't loose connection at any time. What am I doing wrong here at work?

 

 

 

 

There seems to be alot of people having simular problems with the internal TrueMobile cards. Like you, mine works fine at home. I'll have to start getting out more, and seeing if I have any problems with 'hot' spots, like others are reporting. I'm just wondering if somehow, the motherboard or internal structure of the laptop itself is acting like a 'radio' antenna, picking up other signals, and incidentally generating interference for it's own internal card.
