Changing the User Permissions to Full Control for everyone

Question

I'm trying to install MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 to enable my laptop to print wireless to my new printer (hp psc 2510). When it begins to install, an error message comes up - ' The User Permissions under hkey_local_machine/software/classes must be set to Full Control for everyone'.....How can I fix this? Thanks for any help you can give me.

You have to have Administrator rights and go to Control Panel - Users and Passwords and give them control there, I believe.   If you still need help, I suggest posting on the Software - Windows XP forum.
