Connecting Wireless Router to USB DSL modem

Question

I got a new laptop and bought the wireless router to go with it. I went to connect the router but my DSL modem has a USB cable that connects it to my desktop computer, not an ethernet cable. Is there an adapter I can get or how can I fix this?

karriebmcg,   helmcj01 is either misinformed or does not understand your problem.  If your dsl modem cannot connect by ethernet to the router then you will need a new modem that can.  There is no adapter you can purchase that will allow a USB only dsl modem to connect to a router by ethernet.   Steve
