Contivity VPN Driver

I'm trying to install Nortel VPN software to network with my office computer and I keep getting the following message:

Installation of Contivity VPN Client Driver Failed

Firewall is turned off and my IT department can't seem to figure out the problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

More info please? Is the installation failing on your home PC? Is this failing on the gateway VPN Router/Server? Are you able to install but on trying to create a connection, the driver is initilised, then fails? Are you using a Home Router? Do you have to open any ports on the router to enable VPN (Incoming/outgoing)???

Thanks for responding.  It's on a home PC and is failing on the installation of the Contivity client software.  The installation of the software is pre-scripted, installing the software with the default settings.  The software is installed as a service.  Hope this helps...

If it is prescripted, then your IT department loaded the wrong driver for your PC into the package.
