Hello,
I believe a lot of people who have Intel wifi cards have resolved their problems using updated drivers (to the 17.xx version) that Intel recently released. Have you tried that?
I assume you're using the Intel 3160 card as that is the default wifi card with the Inspiron 15 currently I believe. Here is a link to the driver downloads page for the Intel 3160 card. If you have not, try downloading that driver and see if it improves your connectivity issue.
If you have already tried the driver directly from Intel, and it doesn't work, or if you are using a different wireless card than the Intel 3160 please let us know. If we have a bit more details on what you're using and what you're seeing we can try to recommend some more fixes.
Thank you,
Todd

Hello,
yes laptop has AC 3160 card. I installed latest drivers. It works fine. After 1-2 hours it goes off again and very difficult to resolve it. Is there any permanent resolution.

Update your Bios, it worked for me.
Option 1:
If you have Internet (maybe for Ethernet), enter in the next URL: https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04?app=drivers select Detect PC, and select Bios driver. Install Bios update. Follow the instructions.
Option 2:
In Windows search, type "dxdiag". Find for the system model of your computer.
Find in DELL Suport the last update for bios, and download (https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04?app=drivers).
Then, install Bios update. Follow the instructions.
It has to solve the problem. It worked for me.
