Dell Alienware 14 New HDD

Question

Hi I had a Dell Alienware 14 for about 5-6 years now and it was running perfectly find until my HDD failed. I bought a new one, installed it, however wasnt able to access the internet throw ethernet or wireless. Am I suppose to download the drivers through a USB and transfer it over to my computer? Help!! Thank you very much!!

Always include version of Windows in your posts.

You answered your own question. Download the drivers for your version of Windows from Dell's support site onto a USB and install them starting with the chipset driver(s). Unless chipsets are installed first, other drivers may not install or may not work.

Be sure to select the correct version of Windows before downloading any drivers onto your USB stick.
