Dell ControlPoint Connection Manager- mobile broadband shortcut?

We've recently purchased a Latitude E6400 ATG laptop with a Dell wireless 5530 HSPA Mobile Broadband minicard.  The mobile broadband service is activated and working with AT&T.  Is there any way to create a shortcut or automate the process of connecting the mobile broadband service when the computer boots up?

I haven't found a great solution for this.  The only thing I've been able to do is create a shortcut directly to the connection manager.  Click start, all programs, Dell Control Point, Connection Manger, and right click "Dell ControlPoint Connection Manager" and select create shortcut.  This isn't perfect, but saves 3 clicks.
