Its better to install Windows Insider 10130 and use it as a stepping stone to get the free upgrade to Windows 10240:

How is this so.  The system doesn't seem like it would handle 10.  Also, is windows 10 free?

I appreciate the help, but do to system constraints i want to only put Vista back on and have everything in working order.  Can you help with this?

System constraints? This system will run Windows 10 better than Windows Vista.
