Dell XPS Laptop won't connect to The Cloud (an open network used in Costa, Caffe Nero etc...)
Hi,
My Dell XPS Laptop connects fine to my home WiFi network and most open networks, but cannot connect to the Cloud which is used in 1,000's of cafes in the UK. On my other devices a log in page automatically pops up however does not on my Dell Laptop. It says "No Internet, Open" on the WiFi screen.
I know the internet is working because my other devices connect and browse fine over the Cloud network. I have also enabled pop-ups.
Any help would be really appreciated.

Welcome to our community.
>> Let us know if you see any redx/ exclamation mark on the wireless icon on the bottom right corner of the screen.
>> Right click on the wireless icon and click on troubleshoot problems. Share the results.
>> Access device manager and check if the wireless card is detected below network adaptors.
