I am also facing the same problem on my N5110 15r .I downloaded most of the suggested driver but no luck.:( .. Its showing Activate Bluetooth using wireless switch ..Cancel installation.help pls..
i found it in the mobility settings in the control panel..it is call the radio control switch..click launch and another window opens and wpan is the bluetooth
No I didn't re-install the operating system, I just bought this laptop recently. Still I don't have Customized by Dell Inc part and that is why I can't see it. ALthough I do have the Windows mobility Centre part. How can I have this part pls?

Wait a moment, i did'nt reinstall my OS anytime, i bought the lap, ando the function is not available, and i want to know how do i have to do to see the bluetooth in my computer??, or what can i do in that case??

I tried to access the mobility settings as suggested but I don't have a radio control switch. Now what?

Did you recently reinstall the operating system?
Did you try Fn and F2 or F2?
Start, in search type bttray and click on it.
Look in start, control panel Windows mobility center. You should see...

Can you run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and REGISTERED OWNER, if using XP, run an ipconfig /all log and post it back here.
