Don't send bluetooth but can receive

I have a new problem with my dell inspiron n5010 laptop. I use windows7 32bit already and I didn't have any problem with that (Bluetooth), but now I use windows7 64bit and install all update drivers successfully and my Bluetooth working but after 1 day or shorter my Bluetooth not working although It is installed on my laptop and I can see it's Icon in system tray and I see in control panel and device manager that is Installed on my laptop successfully and all Bluetooth setting is checked and It is OK and also I can receive file from other device to my laptop but I can't send, because I don't have Bluetooth Icon in right-click (send to). If I reinstall the Bluetooth driver It works 1 day or shorter again! and after it don't working again! I reinstall my windows7 64bit again and again and install all drivers successfully again but this problem appear all the time. I am sure my drivers are last version and up to date.

please help me how can I solve this problem and see Bluetooth choise in Right-Click when I want to send a file. Note that I can receive files but I can't SEND!

Meisam Mohammadi,

Places to look to see if your Connection is enabled

Also try reading...

Bluetooth connection and pairing

Remember virus programs and firewalls will block communications.

I see all of them and checked them, all of the above is correct and I don't have any problem with them but my Bluetooht device still not sending and just receiving.

If I change my windows7 64bit to windows7 32bit, I don't have any problem with Bluetooth and that device work successfully, but I want to have windows7 64bit.

please help me

Meisam Mohammadi,

Did you try removing the bluetooth device and try again?

Right click on the Bluetooth Icon in the system tray, near the clock, left click, show Bluetooth devices.

You should see a list of Bluetooth Devices.

Right click on the Bluetooth devices that are not used or the problem Bluetooth Device(s), then click remove device.

What virus program are you using?

Yes, I remove Bluetooth device, but my problem not related to a specific device, It is not working for all of devices, I don't have "Send To Bluetooth" in Right-Click. but I can receive files.

In windows7 32bit I don't have this problem, and in windows7 64bit Iin the first day that I install windows for very short time my Bluetooth working without problem but after a short time I can't see that in Right-Click, If I reinstall Bluetooth driver, It will work once time more and again not working.

My Anti Virus is BitDefender total security 2010, my Bluetooth working by this Anti Virus in windows7 32bit successfully!

Meisam Mohammadi,

Try start, control panel, device manager, network.

Look for the bluetooth adapter, double click on it, then advanced. Uncheck the box, allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Also at the top, look for Bluetooth Radios and do the same.

This is for printers but gets you to BitDefenders Firewall. Make sure that you allow communications.

Allow a printer past Bitdefender

Meisam Mohammadi,

When you reinstalled the operating system, did you install the Desktop/Notebook system software and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

Start with the Desktop/Notebook system software and the chipset drivers and follow the list
