Downloading Problem

Hi

I just bought my new Dell Laptop Inspiron 15R (5537, Mid 2013). My download speed has been super slow(downloads around 20-80 kb/s) while on my old laptop and all other devices,the download speed is around 600 kb/s-800 kb/s. The internet works just fine,the sites load at the normal speed it is supposed to,its just the download speed which is super slow for a reason I have no idea why. Any suggestions?
