Error Code 733

Question

I keep getting an error msg when connecting to the internet, The error code is 733 which apears to be something to do with the ppp settings on the server or something similer. Not too well up on all this tech speak.  How do i go about rectifying this problem, and could this also be the reason why the home page wont load first time around? I usually wait till the 'page not found' fingy comes up, then click on the homepage tag at the top of the screen and it then loads ok.   Anyone got any ideas??     Steve.

go to microsoft's website there should be a link there all about the different error codes
