Ethernet connection doesn't work.
Hi everyone, i have a problem with my wired connection, this one does'nt work, see the picture
i can't connect wired only by wifi, device manager
I try everything and nothing, any help

You may need to try a newer RJ-45 cable. I cannot identify the cable you are using. Also, what is the computer model you have.

I use another RJ-45 cable new one, not working. Maybe is the port in the mother not working? im not sure.
Latitude E6420 model
