Gateway accessible but cannot connect to internet, please hep!
Just bought a DELL inspiron 1 month ago, so day start up PC and started cannot connect to internet suddenly.
Had tried reset router, modem, IP address.
Unble to restore to earlier point.
It also says netork adapter is working properly.
Other PC is working fine with the same network.

Hola
He leído tu mensaje a mi me ha pasado lo mismo no hace sesión d internet exlorer. El router funciona porque tengo conectado al router dos ordenadores el dell inspiron y un netbook. En el netbook puedo navegar sin problemas, pero con el dell nsoe conecta a internet. Ayer descargue desde el center dell support una actualización y a partir de entonces no puedo conectarme a internet.
Sabes que puede haber pasado gracias.

Gotten my internet back by running restore in safe mode.
culprit should be the update for realtek.
