I'm not sure why you are asking this question on a forum that deals with problems with the intenret and networking., but you will not likely get a useful answer unless you can provide the model of the "Old Dell" computer.  With the model, we can direct you to the online users guide or service manual.

Please edit your post and remove the serial number.  It is against forum rules to post this on the forums and if the moderator's see it they will remove your post and perhaps the whole thread.  The model of the computer you are asking about is an Optiplex - GX110 (which you should have been able to read off the front of the case).
