Ghosting a GX270 without a floppy drive using Symantec Ghost Enterprise
Hi,
I am having trouble trying to ghost a dell GX270 without a floppy drive from the network.
What I want to do is unbox the machine and have it boot from the network - find the ghost server and load the image. I am having a few difficulties and don't know where to start - can anyone point me in the right direction or show me the way. I do not want to use Bootable CD's and bootable floppies are out of the question.
Any help would be appreciated.
Ghost Enterprise is running on windows 2000 server.

I have this working in or enviroment, You will need to setup a RIS server with Ghost installed. If you go to the Symantec support site and check out Document ID# 2000042011340125 titled using RIS with Ghost, this article will spell it out from start to finish.
It worked for me.
