HELP!!! CD Drive Won't Eject---New Computer
All right So i just bought a new Dell Studio Desktop and i hook up all the keyboard's and stuff. After Setting everything up i decided to put in a music disc to test out the sound and that when i notice my CD drive won't respond or open. I try Using the PaperClip trick and ejecting from Desktop. When i press the eject button a green light shows and then it just goes away it doesn't open. I also try uninstalling the driver so it reinstall it self still won't open. I Currently have a OPTIARC DVD+RW AD 7200S ATA Device. Please Help!!!!

Welcome to the forums :emotion-21:
There's no other advice we can offer, which is going to help with a problem like that.
If the tray won't open, then it's almost certainly a faulty drive.
You should contact tech support, to advise them of the problem. Assuming they agree it's a faulty drive, they'll arrange to send you a replacement.
