Hard drive died. Can't get the drivers for Internet

My hard drive died. I had to get a new drive. Windows installed fine but I have no Internet because the drivers for the Ethernet card were not included by Dell.

I go to the website on a different computer to get the drivers. I download all the drivers for my computer. I do this individually because I am using a borrowed computer and can't install the "Dell download manager"

Seems I need a special program to open the files which I can't get because my computer doesn't connect to the Internet..... So how do I download the "Dell download manager" and save it to install on my computer???

I am frustrated to say the least....

The download manager requires the dot.net framework, which is obtained from Windows update.  You need not use it - clear your browser cache (cookies) and go back into support.dell.com.  Choose "download using my browser" rather than the download manager.
