Did you install the chipset drivers as the drivers installed after reinstalling Windows.  These are necessary before you can install the drivers for the integrated network adapter.  The chipset drivers can be found at:

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/type.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&SystemID=INS_PNT_P4_1150&category=0&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=1134&devlib=27

The drivers for the integrated ethernet controller can be found at:

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/type.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&SystemID=INS_PNT_P4_1150&category=0&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=2966&devlib=5

Hi adamw75,

You may download the drivers for your computer from the link: http://dell.to/ZBlZcs  Select the operating system and you may download the drivers for your computer. In case you need assistance with any specific driver, please let me know. I'll be glad to help.
