Which verions of Windows are running on the computers?  On the computer that is attached directly to the printer, open the Printers folder, right click on the printer you want to share, and choose "Sharing" from the drop down menu and specify that you want to share that printer on the network.  What you have to do on the computer that will share this printer over the network depends on the version of Windows running on that computer.  In addition, you need to configure any firewalls that are running to allow local network access.

Does this printer have a network card in it, or does it connect to one of the computers by means of a parallel or USB cable?

All of the computers are running Windows XP.  Currently, the other 2 computers in my office can print on the printer.  These computers have been printing on this since the office was set up. Now, however, I have replaced one of the computer with a new Dell.  The new Dell does not print on the shared printer, however the other computers in the office do print on the shared printer as they always have.  Please let me know what I am to do to set up my new computer.

Do I have to configure the router with this computer, or is that irrelavent because I am able to access the internet.

The printer does not have a network card in it.  It connects to the computer through USB.  Also all of the computers (3 total) in question all have Windows XP.

There is nothing you have to do to configure the router.  You might try temporarily disabling the Windows XP firewall or any other firewalls that you might have running on the computer that cannot print.  If that solves the problem, you will have to find a way to properly configure any firewalls you want to use so that they will allow the local network traffice required for the printing process to work.
