How do I hook up my new dell computers to the ethernet switch????

I just purchased two new dell computers, and they sent me a 16 port ethernet switch.  Is this switch a network hub?  How do I hook up my dsl modem to the switch, or to a computer?  I need both computers to see each other, and use the printers from each other.  Thanks for any help you can give me!!!!!!

Yes, the switch is a hub. In fact, it's probably a "switching hub". You'll need a router if you want to share the DSL connection between the two machines, though. Linksys and HomeNetHelp.com both have tutorials on setting up home networks that you may find helpful.
