How to change MAC adress ?

Can we change the MAC adress of a Dell Precision 340 with a integrate internet controller?

In general, no.  MAC addresses are hard coded into the NIC at time of manufacture.  Why do you want to change it?  If it is for reasons of connectivity to an ISP with a particular MAC address registered it should be possible to have the router fake it and use the address the ISP is expecting rather than the address from your NIC.
