How to connect internet by Powerpacket Homeplug

Question

I used to connect internet by Powerpacket Homeplug when I used Window XP.  However, I cannot connect internet now because I cannot install the Powerpacket Utility programs.  Is there any new version of Powerpacket Utilities for Window Vista environment?
