How to install network adapter and driver for 10/100 ethernet card 3ComModel #3CXFE575BT

Hi

Recently purchased a Dell LatitudeP2/366 which came with a 3Com Ethernet card model #3CXFE575BT. The operating system is WIndows 98 SE.  I attempted to download the drivers for the card.  IT found the inf file off of my floppy and when it said ready to install best driver I hit "next".  It started to read from the floppy but then the window disappeared and the device manager says that the driver is still not installed.   I checked networking and the only things listed are Microsoft Family Logon, TCP/IP and Dial Up Adapter. 

What do I need to do to get this card working?  I need to get online so I can dowload the video and audio drivers for this laptop also.
