Go to the Dell Support page and use the SYSTEM SCANNER

There are references here and there to a "Dell driver scan utility" on the Dell Support Site, but I don't think it still exists - apparently it is (or was) limited to only a few systems anyway. Just have to check each driver manually in device manager. I'd avoid the "all-purpose" driver scanners on the Web - especially on a laptop. They may find a "generic" version of an update, but no way to know if they'll work with Dell's customized hardware.
But unless a new driver actually fixes a specific problem you're having, "updating for the sake of updating" generally doesn't buy you much. Have to be especially careful with anything listed as Firmware or BIOS - those are internal to the hardware and usually can't be undone if something goes wrong. If it ain't broke, why fix it?.
