That's the hardware Ids for your hard drive and not the network controller.

Okay that's the Dell Wireless 1501 Card and Intel Management Engine Interface. Drivers wise if you haven't done so already, you should install the following.

BIOS:

http://downloads.dell.com/bios/N5010A15.EXE

See here for details in updating the BIOS:

http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/updating-the-bios/

WSUS Offline Update:

http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/wsus-offline-update/

Dell System Software:

http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER88677M/8/Dell_System-Software_A03_R282538.exe

Intel Chipset Device Software:

http://downloads.dell.com/chipset/R257260.exe

Intel Management Engine Interface:

http://downloads.dell.com/chipset/R283061.exe

Realtek Card Reader:

http://downloads.dell.com/chipset/R294101.exe

Intel TurboBoost Technology:

http://downloads.dell.com/chipset/R257298.exe

Intel Rapid Storage Technology:

http://downloads.dell.com/SATA/R273110.exeRealtek Ethernet:

http://downloads.dell.com/network/R257291.exe

Dell Wireless 1501:

http://downloads.dell.com/audio/R280657.exe

Touchpad:

http://downloads.dell.com/input/R257288.exe

Intel Video:

http://downloads.dell.com/video/R285472.exe

AMD Video:

http://downloads.dell.com/video/R272410.exeAudio:

http://ftp.dell.com/network/R302627.exe

Dell Quickset:

http://downloads.dell.com/app/R257296.exe

Ensure that the drivers extract and install and not only extract. An example is given in this video:

http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/downloading-drivers-checking-hardware-ids-and-downloading-and-installing-dell-system-drivers-in-the-correct-order/driver-installation/

Dell Webcam Central should be obtainable in My Dell Downloads, see here for details:

http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/registering-with-my-dell-downloads/

I usually don't install any other preinstalled software from My Dell Downloads especially McAfee which will ruin the performance of your system.

Finally once Windows is setup and everythings working correctly install the latest version of Dell Backup and Recovery - see here for details:

Your BIOS version is already at the latest revision so don't worry about the error message. The driver for the Dell Wireless 1501 hasn't installed correctly. Retry installing the driver I mentioned above. If it doesn't work try the older version here:

http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER87841M/2/R258276.exe

Install Dell Backup and Recovery only when the system is working 100 %.

This first image is of the missing Network Controller driver:

This image is of the missing PCI Simple Communications Controller driver:

Again, I couldn't even exaggerate how much I appreciate your help. :emotion-1:

Things have been working smoothly, the 'PCI Simple Communications Controller' driver problem is resolved. I still don't have my 'Network Controller' driver though:

(here are the hardware IDs again:)

Lastly, when installing 'N5010A15' I got an error:

That said; I still didn't download the 'Mt Dell Downloads' or 'Backup and Recovery/Alienware Respawn' that you had suggested. Is there something I had done wrong?

Thanks man, its working like a charm! You and your website are a great help and looking at your track record a highlighting property of this community. Is there anything I can do to make it up to you?
