Inspiron 15 7000 Series 7559 problems with wireless AC/family controller
My new computer has been experiencing problems with connecting to the internet wirelessly. It can connect with an Ethernet cable fine, but it has been experiencing problems on and off. At first, reinstalling the wireless driver worked fine, but now it doesn't seem to be working, or able to reinstall. I recently went to this website to reinstall all my network drivers, and all successfully reinstalled/updated except the wireless AC.. and family controller driver. Here is the message I received when I tried to reinstall them.

Hello,
It sounds like you have something in your Windows install that is causing issues with the network components in that system. (Since you mentioned other updates worked fine but you've been having issues with networking and now the networking hardware is having problems with driver updates).
Unfortunately you don't mention what version of Windows (or other operating system) that you're using. I would recommend trying to reset your system to a time (System Restore) prior to trying to run these updates and see if you can at least get out to the internet again. (You may also want to try running Intel's diagnostics on the wireless card as a side test).
There are different ways to test or repair Windows depending on which version you're running so please let us know and we'll see what other suggestions we can make to try to help you out.
