Inspiron Duo 1090 network adapters
Good morning/day/evening.
I have a dell inspiron duo 1090 which i had to do a complete reinstall of OS. After doing this and then reinstalling the drivers from the seperate drivers disk I have subsequently lost all connection to the internet. Lappy says no controllers, no connection. just a cross between my lappy and the internet. Already trolled through other forums and discussion. tried downloading other software and installing but to no avail. any help would be more than greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Did you download the drivers from the Drivers & Downloads section of the support pages for the Inspiron duo 1090? All the drivers you need to get internet connection should be available on that page for download and installation.
One thing you might want to do is take a look at the driver installation order for Dell systems. Most times it doesn't necessarily matter which order you install drivers in but sometimes, if you don't get the chipset installed first, you can run into issues like you're seeing.
Please let me know which drivers you downloaded from the support pages, and if you've been able to resolve this problem. If not, I'll see what more I can do to help you out.
