Installing MEDION Network Drivers

Hello, can someone help me ?

 

I recently had to re-install window XP Home Edition on  my DELL MEDION

Model : MD 1892

Type : MED MT 187

 

I could not connect to the Internet.

 

When I type ipconfig I don't receive any info.

 

I figured I don't have the right network drivers for the " Integrated" Network Adapter.

 

I have a few questions

 

1) What is the product type for MEDION PCs

1) Where can I locate the right drivers for my model  ?

2) Do I need specific  drivers for a particular chipset first ? where can I get info on this ?
