Intel Dual band-AC 3160 Wireless adapter Slow Speed

i Recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 5547 with a Intel Dual band-AC 3160.

I've updated all the drivers for it and when i'm watching a stream on Twitch.tv it's like the wireless adapter drops packets or something cause it goes to buffering

I did a ping test and a download test and i have more then enough speed to watch streams and Watch movies on netfix. The speed of the network card is at 65 Mbps Signal is at 100% (looked in the router). 

I used the old laptop i replaced and it seems to have no issues with streams/youtube/netflix, Out of all the computers on the network mine is the only one that seems to have a problem. I can't think of what else to do to see if it's my router or just the laptop itself.
