Intel ProSet Wireless (ifrmewrk.exe) maxes out CPU to 100%
Inspiron 9300
Had to do a clean XP install.
Fires up at startup (or even if killed and started manually). Then it seems caught in an infinite loop trying to look for networks but never shows anything.
I had initially configured the machine to have my Verizon app(VZ Access Manager) manage the wireless card. Connections kept dropping so I decided to have ProSet manage the connection...
Thanks

Tried that since they mentionned something about a memory problem. Did not solve the problem though.
