Issues on Big Jambox pairing with Dell Inspiron 15Z using Windown 7
I just purchased a Big Jambox. It connects just fine over Bluetooth with my Dell Inspiron 15Z notebook using Window 7, meaning it is shown as a connected device in my 'Devices & Printers" control panel. However, it never shows up as a playback device in my "Sound" control panel. The result it I can't select it as a playback device -> no wireless sound. I called Jawbone support center 2 times, of cause, they pointed finger back to Dell and Microsoft. I also found on the Internet. Many consumers of using Window 7 and 8 have the same issue.
Could any one help?

Hi dangellies,
It can be annoying when the Bluetooth speaker does not display as a Playback device.
I suggest you to repair the device again with the laptop and check if it is detected in the "Playback devices. You may also want to check if it is detected as a Recording device.
Please provide a screenshot of the Control Panel "Devices and Printers" page and the Playback devices panel so that I can check the settings and help you further.

Hi dangellies,
Thank you for your reply and appreciate your efforts for providing the screen shots. The screenshot indicates that the driver installation failed and hence the device is not displayed in the playback devices.
I suggest you to install the drivers if provided on disk along with the Jambox or update it from the Device Manager.
Please let me know about your findings.
