LAN card is not working even after driver installing

hi

my name is pravin and i m using dell inspiron 1525,

before windows vista was installed but now i have installed win7.

i m installing LAN driver  but my LAN is not being activated and driver information is not being seen in devise manager.

i activated my bluetooth using ur idia and patch u had given in some blog.

so is there any another patch have to install to activate LAN card

please give me some idea
