Thanks, I tried this driver and no improvement. My bluetooth partly works so that I can sync by blackberry with my computer via bluetooth but I can't transfer files. Windows says I have a problem with bluetooth and searches for new drivers - to no avail.

Which version of Windows 7 are you using ? 32 or 64Bit ?

Make sure your virus program and firewall allow communications.
