You may have a trojan that is not being detected by conventional antivirus software. You need to be running a two way firewall to stop it, perhaps indentify it, then take steps to eradicate it. The Windows firewall only catches incoming attacks, so you will need something like Zone Alarm, Norton Firewall, or McAfee Firewall to block it and indentify it.
