Miracast not working after Windows 10 upgrade

Hi, I have a Dell Precision M4800 with Intel Core i7, HD Graphics 4600 and Intel Dual Band Wireless AC-7260. With Windows 8.1 Update Miracast technology works as expected.
After a clean installation of Windows 10 Enterprise (build 1511 with all latest updates) miracast is available but don't work. When connection is established between the notebook and the screen, I can't see the image (the screen is completely black). Audio broadcast works but with a delay of about 10 seconds.
I have already tried these solutions:

- Repeat an installation of Windows 10 without any third party software.
- Check with dxdiag the status of miracast compatibility. All devices (naturally except Nvidia Quadro graphic card) are declared compatible.
- Install different versions of Intel drivers. I have tried these versions:-WiFi: 18.33.0.1, HD graphics: 10.18.15.4281 (Dell), 20.19.15.4424 (generic)
In all cases I have the same behavour.
- Check with Intel WiDi Compatibility Tool the versions of drivers. The system also pass the compatibility with Intel WiDi technology.
- Add a new firewall rule for WUDFHost.exe
- Change the value of registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters

I have already read this article https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/SLN298101/en but my system has a newer build version.

Thanks in advance for response.
