I have a Dell 4300s with a Netgear FA311 Rev B1 ethernet controller... I recently reinstalled windows xp and now do not have the driver for this device. I have searched Dell and Netgear websites and have googled this driver and cannot locate it.  All the "driver detectives" and scans do not locate it either. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks.

Second, according to Netgear, there is no such thing as a Rev B1 for the FA311.  http://kb.netgear.com/app/products/family/a_id/1265
