My Precision M6500 doesn't seem to have bluetooth

My M6500 has bluetooth signal icon on the keyboard panel along with hard disk, battery, wifi, and cell signal indicators.

And I assumed that I have bluetooth receiver in it.

But, I cannot find the bluetooth switch nor some kind of control to be pair with BT devices.
