My wireless is not working! please help!

Hello Everyone!

I have bought my Dell Inspiron 15 - 3537 from Newegg in China. Unfortunately the windows 8 it arrived in was in Chinese. so i had to install my own version of windows, now I'm running windows 8.1 pro. With the previous windows the wireless was working fine, i can connect to my wifi at home no problem, but now its not working anymore! i have tried everything from system detect to choosing the drive by myself, but when i try to install the driver it tells me that its not compatible with my platform(or something like that) 

I have also noticed that the touchpad no longer works like it used to, i was able to swipe left to right, pinch to zoom and so many different cool things. now its not working. Please help me:(
