No IP Inspiron 8600 Broadcom and 3com router
Inspiron 8600 model PP02X
Can not obtain an IP from the network running a 3com ISDN Modem/Router (3c892)
Can obtain an IP from a network using a D-Link router
Using a USB NIC I can access the 3com network immediately
We’ve already replaced the first 8600 for the same problem
Is there a known problem with the Broadcom NIC and the 3com 3c892?
