PCI Serial Controller Driver Needed

I need help with a "PCI Serial Controller" driver.

I have tried the procedures listed in Knowledge Base - Document Number TT1033858 -
"Why is my modem listed as a PCI Serial Controller in Windows® 98?, with no success.

As soon as my sysyem boots up. the Add new hardware box appers for a driver for a
PCI Serial Controller.

When I enter my modem driver it tells me that the " PCI Serial Controller driver is not found."

Below is the information about my sysytem:

My modem is CIS Technology Inc.  Modem M1-5614PM3.

When I dowloaded the driver for it at CIS Technology Inc. web site it listed my modem

as shown below:

Rockwell HCF 56K DataFax PCI Modem - But, When I try to run the Diagnostics under the

"more info" it fails to communicaed with the modem.

My system is a Dell OptiPlex GX 1, using Windows 98SE.
