Packets are received are less than packets sent?

Question

What should i do to fix it? i cannot browse the net because the packets arent coming through. I have a 8600 and an Intel Pro/Wireless 2200BG and i dont know what is happening.

download the latest drivers, either from www.intel.com or dell if they've finally updated their package to the 9.x.x.25 package

I have tried downloading the new drivers for the network card and it is still not working. it works for a few minutes and then it dies again. Would it be better to get a new wireless card or is this problem fixable?

a new card might work if your current card is the problen.  if you're under warranty, call dell

well i bought a new card and the problem is still happening? could it have anything to do with the wireless network or is it just the computer? I disable the card then reset the computer, and it enable it after the restart and it works for about ten miniutes then it stops working after that.
