A Dell tech came out and couldn't get this combo to work. I checked the internet and found other with this problem. Dell told me I could contract with a local tech to see if it could be done. I'm not a tech person myself, but Dell sells the three products involved (print server, router, and Epson printer. D-link has the DP 311U print server listed as compatible with the Epson C-80 printer. The router and printer serve is listed on the same page of one of Dell's catalogs as a "network wireless solution." I'm am also hooked up to Comcast cable. The four computers work well on the Dell 2300 wireless broadband router 80211b. The print server has one USB port. The printer has both USB and parallel ports.

Again for more details about how the device was installed. I have a NetGear Print Server that connects to a ethernet switch, how does your server connect to the netwrok? Surely there is some setup software so you can configure the device. My server is setup with a static IP Address (my choice) but essentially this print server has to be recognized just like any other device on the LAN, this one just happens to be a printer.
Unfortunately, devices like this are not plug and play. A little info about the device, not troubles and issues with Dell, please.

Sorry I couldn't answer your technical questions, but the print server is working well. The problem was that the print server has a small range (ten meters), and we were trying to set it up in a two story house with the wireless router downstair and the print server upstairs. So all we did was move the router and cable modem upstairs near the print server and the wireless adaptor from the upstairs computer downstairs. Apparently the wireless adaptor antenna is stronger than the print server's antenna. Anyway it WORKS!!
